About your counsellor

Warm, grounded, and here to listen

Hi, I'm Zoe, a psychotherapeutic integrative counsellor. In practice, this means I draw on a variety of methods to support you, while always holding in mind that you are your own best expert.

My approach is gentle and collaborative, with you at the centre of all our work. Together, we find a way forward that is tailored to you. This may be using therapy cards, nesting dolls, empty chair work, breathwork, or simply staying with words. I'll be guided by you, to support you in the way that is best for you.

As a neurodivergent person, I bring both lived and learnt experience to supporting those exploring what neurodiversity means for them.

Perhaps you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or numb, or maybe you have something specific you wish to focus on. Whatever led you here, I help create a space we can explore together and find a path back to feeling settled and more yourself.

Areas I work with include, but are not limited to: low self-esteem, life challenges, anxiety, depression, end of life, anger, suicidality, trauma (including vicarious trauma), childhood adversities, parenting and relationship issues.

While I work with all people from a range of backgrounds and experiences, I am particularly interested in men's mental health. I'm kink-friendly, and an ally to LGBTQIA+ people and people of colour. I'm CPCAB qualified to level 5, fully insured and an accredited member of the NCPS.

Testimonials

In their own words

"From the beginning Zoe created a space where I felt safe enough to be honest, vulnerable and seen. She never rushed or judged me or made me feel I had to explain away the impact of my trauma. Instead she walked alongside me with patience, warmth and genuine care. Healing from trauma can feel incredibly lonely, but with her support I never felt as though I was carrying it on my own. I would recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a therapist who brings not only skill and professionalism, but real humanity to the work."
— Kelly, online
"It's difficult to put into words just how much Zoe has changed my life. She has walked alongside me through some of the hardest experiences of my life, including bereavement, childhood trauma and emergency service work related trauma, whilst also helping me understand and embrace my neurodiversity. She has given me the space to finally understand who I am, accept myself without judgement, and become the person I was always meant to be. I am beyond grateful for her compassion, patience and unwavering support throughout all my sessions with her."
— M, Worthing

Services

Two ways to begin

1

In person sessions

One-to-one support for anxiety, grief, low mood, life changes, or simply feeling stuck. We meet weekly or fortnightly, in person in Worthing.

2

Online sessions

The same steady support from wherever you are. Secure video sessions that fit around work, family, or travel.

Choose the setting that feels safest. Both are confidential, unhurried, and built around you. I understand how hard that first step can be. I offer a free 15-minute phone call to explore what you're looking for, and to see whether I'm the right therapist for you.

Sessions are open-ended, meaning you are in control, have as many or as few as you feel you need.

Fees & Investment

£55

Standard session · 50 minutes

Fees are payable on the day prior to the session.

£100

Single Session Therapy

These one-off sessions allow you to focus on a single issue, and can offer space for change.

Supporting the community

Part of my fee supports me to offer sessions to those in the community that otherwise wouldn't be able to access therapy. If you feel you can pay more this supports me to continue this work.
